Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-08
These Terms apply to your use of all Chrome extensions (collectively, the “Extensions”) provided by the operator of this site (the “Developer”). By installing or using the Extensions, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The service
The Extensions are provided as extensions that run on the Google Chrome browser. Most features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription of ¥300/month (see each extension’s page for tax-inclusive pricing) after a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through the external service ExtensionPay (powered by Stripe).
2. License to use
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Extensions for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or republish modified versions of the Extensions.
3. Trial, pricing, and cancellation
- If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
- After the trial ends, you will be billed monthly automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel or change your payment method on the ExtensionPay page, opened from the extension’s popup.
- Except in special circumstances, we do not refund amounts already billed.
4. Prohibited conduct
When using the Extensions, the following conduct is prohibited.
- Violating any law or infringing the rights of third parties
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Extensions (e.g., placing excessive load on them)
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the Extensions
5. Disclaimer
The Extensions are provided “as is,” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Extensions. In particular, price data retrieved by Price Checker and information retrieved by other scraping-style features may be inaccurate due to changes in the structure of the target site’s pages, among other reasons.
6. Changes to or discontinuation of the service
The Developer may change the content of the Extensions or discontinue them without prior notice.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Extensions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s location as the court of first instance.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. We will note any significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
